As such, he has responsibility for state efforts on renewable energy and energy efficiency. He works to implement New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson's clean energy initiatives. Mr. O'Hare spoke exclusively on August 13th with Solar World, discussing New Mexico's efforts to transition to a renewable energy economy
