Jim Witt, small-town pharmacist, is selling generic drugs for only slightly more than he has to pay for them
CBS News, in a segment on its evening news program tonight, ran a story entitled "A Prescription For Price Relief," which described how Ashby, Minnesota pharmacist Jim Witt was selling generic prescription drugs to his customers at prices "between 35 and 40 percent less than the so-called discount pharmacies."
Mr. Witt was also the subject of an earlier report on his low generic prescription prices in a July 16, 2005, article by John Ewoldt in the Minneapolis Star Tribune entitled "Dollars & Sense: He has a cure for high drug prices." (subscription required)
