Dr. Charles S. Grob is Professor of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at the UCLA School of Medicine and Director of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center.

He's also the lead investigator in an on-going study being conducted under the auspices of the Los Angeles Biomedical Research Institute at the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center into the efficacy of psilocybin in relieving "existential anxiety," depression, and physical pain in seriously-ill cancer patients.

This study was recently the subject of reports in the Wall Street Journal and on National Public Radio's Weekend America program.
