Karen Barth Menzies is a trial lawyer. Her law firm, Baum Hedlund, recently succeeded in bringing a consolidated civil case on behalf of around 4,000 people who claim to have suffered damages on account of the addictive nature of the psychotropic drug Paxil into Federal court in Los Angeles.
