Chuck Pryor is the Legislative Liaison in the office of Missouri's Secretary of State, Matt Blunt, now also the Republican candidate for Governor of the state.

Mr. Pryor spoke today with American Politics Today about the innovative system now in place allowing Missouri's active duty military voters in any of 53 designed combat zones to vote using an internal Defense Department Electronic Transmission System and fax machines.
