Mike Spence, President, California Republican Assembly (CRA)
Mike Spence is the President of the California Republican Assembly, the leading conservative grouping within the California Republican Party.
The CRA is recommending to California voters that they vote "No" on Proposition 71, the measure that would amend the California Constitution to legalize embryonic stem cell research and authorize the sale of $3 billion dollars in general obligation bonds to fund it.
