Wesley Smith, bioethicist, opponent of Proposition 71


Wesley Smith is a Senior Fellow at the Discovery Institute in Seattle, Washington, and a Special Consultant at the Center for Bioethics and Culture in Oakland, California. He's a widely-published and -interviewed expert on biotechnology and bioethics.
