Pamela Floyd, Washington State SERVE Coordinator talked today with an Etopia News voting technology reporter about her state's participation in the Pentagon's Secure Registration and Voting Experiment (SERVE) project.
In a state where 60% of the voters now vote absentee, letting some of its registered voters vote electronically from distant places doesn't seem far-fetched at all.
