Dianah Neff, Chief Information Officer of the City of Philadelphia, has appeared several times previously on Broadband Wireless Access World, on September 3, 2004, November 30, 2004, February 9, 2005, and in a remotely-conducted video interview on March 22, 2005.
All of these appearances have involved discussions of the City of Philadelphia's plan to facilitate universal, ubiquitous broadband wireless connectivity within its city limits.
Today, along with Philadelphia Mayor John F. Street, Ms. Neff formally announced the creation of a non-profit corporation to implement this plan.
