U.S. Wireless Online, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board UWRL), which owns and operates one of the largest wireless Internet broadband networks in the U.S., today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Verge Wireless Networks, Inc.
Shortly after this agreement was announced, Broadband Wireless Access World spoke with Carlo MacDonald, President of CamSoft Data Systems, Inc., the parent company of Verge Wireless Networks, about this acquisition and about other wireless broadband deployment issues.
