Philadelphia's Mayor John F. Street and CIO Dianah Neff are leading the way in municipal broadband

Dianah Neff is the Chief Information Officer of the City of Philadelphia. Along with Philadelphia's Mayor, John F. Street, she's led the effort to create Wireless Philadelphia.

Broadband Wireless Access World spoke today by phone with Ms. Neff to update the progress being made in her city towards the goal of creating a city-wide, ubiquitous, municipal wireless broadband Internet access network.
