Digital Rights Management (DRM) has the potential to drastically restructure the creation, distribution, and auditing of millions of documents used in business, government, and generally. Adobe Systems, a pioneer in workflow automation through its development and deployment of the Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF) system, is about to field test and then launch its "Policy Server" system, which will build upon the core Acrobat functionality additional capabilities for protecting the authenticity and integrity of documents, while allowing document originators and distributors to control access to them, even after they've disseminated them

On May 19, 2004, John Landwehr, Group Product Manager, Adobe Security Solutions Group, and the man responsible for Adobe's new "Policy Server" product, spoke to DRM World on Etopia Media Technology Network in an exclusive interview about his company's new "Policy Server" product.
