According to a November 14, 2005, article on the Wired web site entitled "Way Too In2TV":

"Dozens of old television shows, including Welcome Back Kotter, will be available online and free of charge under a deal between America Online and Warner Bros., the companies said.

"In the latest alternative to traditional TV viewing, a new broadband network, called In2TV, will be launched in early 2006 by AOL and Warner Bros. Domestic Cable Distribution."

In order to get the details of this roll-out of legacy television content repurposed for the Internet, available starting in January, 2006, on AOL, a Time Warner Company, Entertainment Technology World spoke yesterday with Eric Frankel, President, Warner Bros. Domestic Cable Distribution (WBDCD).
