Eugene Huang, Deputy Secretary of Technology, Commonwealth of Virginia
Eugene Huang is the Deputy Secretary of Technology for the Commonwealth of Virginia. He's also a technologist, an entrepreneur and a student on leave from Oxford University. He brought all those perspectives to bear during an interview today with Grid World.
In that interview, Mr. Huang discusses efforts to upgrade grid capacities in Virginia and throughout the South. He focuses on the relationship between installing the grid and economic development. His goal is to make grid resources and their associated benefits more widely available than they are at present.
