Modern Transportation World has reported several times about the construction and impending launch of the Los Angeles County Metro Orange Line, designed to speed travelers across the San Fernando Valley in ultra-modern articulated natural-gas-powered "superbuses," while reducing traffic on the persistently-gridlocked 101 Freeway.

Now that the Orange Line is nearing completion and the start of its operations, now expected to be just in time for Halloween, at the end of October, 2005, the Economic Alliance of the San Fernando Valley has commissioned the creation of a "Grand Opening Commemorative Poster" to celebrate that event.

Modern Transportation World spoke this afternoon with Jerry Papazian, general manager of Hunter Communications, about that poster and how it fits into the overall launch of the Orange Line.

You can listen to that interview with Jerry Papazian, general manager of Hunter Communications, by clicking here.

Until September 20, 2005, you can still advertise your San Fernando Valley business on this poster by becoming a poster sponsor for $1,500 by calling Jerry at (310) 378-1410.
