"Bill" Lippert, Chair of the Judiciary Committee of the Vermont House of Representatives, a long-time champion of the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered people, and a central figure in the "the work of drafting and passing into law the landmark Vermont Civil Union law which granted legal recognition to same gender couples," and the rest of the the Vermont House Judiciary Committee to move forward with the passage of a resolution calling for the impeachment of the President and Vice President of the U.S.
