Stuart "Hutch" Hutchison is an organizer with the North Jersey Impeach Group and ImpeachThem.com. He spoke yesterday with the Impeachment Channel about efforts in New Jersey to initiate the impeachment of George W. Bush and Richard B. Cheney through the invocation of Section 603 of Jefferson’s Manual of Rules for the U.S. House of Representatives, to be embodied in a resolution to be passed by the New Jersey Legislature.
