John Ravitz is the Executive Director of the Board of Elections in the City of New York. He spoke today with Snowbirdgate World about the Snowbirdgate scandal, from the perspective of his agency.

Mr. Ravitz said that his office is exchanging voter and voting files with the State of Florida, in order to determine exactly what needs to be done in terms of prosecution of voters voting illegally more than once in the same federal election.
He also said that, as far as he understood the law, it was not illegal to be registered to vote in more than one state at one time, only to vote in the same federal election more than once.
